"A trial date has not been set for Timothy Henry Jackson, the alleged bush-ax killer of double amputee and World War II veteran Charles Baker, 81, Dunn.... who lived alone at 248 Francis Drive, was found in a pool of blood on the floor of his home the morning of April 21, 2001. He reportedly had been beaten repeatedly in the head and torso."
