Eunice Dean Matthews, 75, of Angier died Saturday at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubry and Eveline Dean; and a brother, Ernest Dean. Grave side services will be held today at 2 P.M. at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. Survivors include her husband, Ned Matthews; daughters, Kathryn Surles and Debra Matthews, both of Angier; a son, Al Matthews of Angier; a brother, J. W. Dean; sisters, Rozelle Guy of Angier and Mamie Price of Raleigh; and five grandchildren, Richard Matthews, Debbie Schlink, Nelson Surles, Meredith Matthews and McKenzie Matthews.
