      The following was published in the January 12th 1927 edition of the Wilmington Star. - The following account from the January 9th issue of the New York Times will be of local and state interest.
      where Miss Murchison is well known, having relatives in North Carolina, and many friends in this city: Miss Katherine Murchison, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Murchison, of 39 East 79th street, was married to Ashbell Green, Jr., eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ashbell Green of this city, and Mount Kisco, New York yesterday afternoon in St. Thomas' church. The ceremony was preformed by the Reverend Harold Adye Prichard, rector of St. Mark's church. Mount Kisco, and cannon of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. There was a full choral service.
      The ceremony was followed by a small reception in the ballroom of
      the Colony Club. Mr. Green and his bride will go south on their wedding
      trip. They will live in New York.
