The sd James Edmondson, Susanna, John and Thomas Wyatt and Thomas Dix & wife Sarah, Philamon Gatewood & wife Dorothy, and Martha Todd Throckmorton did exhibit their bill in chancery in Essex Co court against James Webb & wife Dorothy and some of the brothers and sisters of Dorothy Webb praying for partition of lands aforementioned and admitting that
Albion & Gabriel Throckmorton 2 of the sons of Judith Throckmorton had aliened their portions of land to James Webb and that

James Edmondson had aliened his portion to James Webb.

James Webb on behalf of the infants Sally, Lucy & Judith Throckmorton, sold to Mace CLEMENTS 18 Dec 1799 their portions.  MACE CLEMENTS died. Widow Eliza m Foster (dcd) leaving her only son by Clements named Mace Clements.

JAMES EDMONDSON d 1791 leaving will rec 16 Apr 1792 Essex Co.  Execs failed to Admin  & Admin granted to JOHN BROCKENBROUGH who has since died.  The will loaned to his wife ¼ pt of his land; other estate loaned to her to his nephew James Throckmorton, nephews Gabriel & William Throckmorton, and nieces Dorothy, Martha, Frances, Sally, Lucy, & Judith Throckmorton.  After James Edmondson died his widow occupied the lands until death 1804. In 1805 Gabriel Throckmorton & these Dfts agreed to sell to LAURENCE MUSE their respective proportions.
